Ralph Collazo, DDS, FAGD – Founder
Dr. Collazo received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, Texas. He then attended the School of Dentistry at the University of Texas, during which he held several key leadership positions. Upon graduating from dental school in 1989, Dr. Collazo was awarded a position at the Miami VA/Jackson Memorial Hospital Residency Program, where he attained a Certificate of General Practice Residency. After completing several hundred hours of continuing education courses and passing a written exam, Dr. Collazo was awarded the title of FAGD. Along with serving the surrounding communities of Miami for more than 20 years, Dr. Collazo also served in the Armed Forces as a Captain in the Air Force Reserve.
